Renovation of Stairs and Railings
New Life for a House from the 80s
Before
As part of the complete renovation of a residential house from the 1980s, TS CONCEPT was able to make a very special contribution: the renewal of the stairs and railings – a key step in enhancing both the visual appeal and functionality of the property.
Planning
The old, worn-out steps and the traditional railing were removed to make room for a modern, light-filled design. New steps made of fine oak in a modern folded design now give the house warmth, lightness, and elegance.
After
Both the elegant main staircase from the ground floor to the attic with a spacious gallery, as well as the shaft staircase to the basement, now present themselves in a clean, contemporary design. The modern railing ensures openness, safety, and a harmonious overall appearance. The formerly dark entrance area has been transformed into a bright, welcoming reception that redefines the character of the house and warmly welcomes both visitors and residents.
This high-quality staircase renovation not only enhances living comfort but also sustainably increases the property’s value – a successful combination of design, craftsmanship, and a long-term investment in the future of the house.
