As part of the renovation of a residential house from the 1980s, TS CONCEPT from Luxembourg set a strong example for modern living design: From the basement to the attic, new stairs and railings created a fresh sense of space, giving the house a noticeably lighter feel. Featured among our projects and references, this staircase renovation not only impresses visually but also sustainably increases the value of the property.
More space without increasing the footprint: by converting the attic, the family gained around 55 m² of additional living space – cleverly accessed via a patented space-saving staircase. Subtly positioned in a corner and visually perfectly matched to the existing structure, it appears as if it has always been part of the house. A solution that shows how much potential lies within your own home.
A modern new build, a space full of possibilities – and the vision of a dressing room that perfectly combines luxury and functionality. Custom-made built-in wardrobes with well-thought-out details, along with an elegant central island featuring a glass display case, create an ambiance that goes far beyond mere storage space. From the initial planning to the precise installation, an exclusive walk-in closet was created.
How much of an impact can a staircase have? In this completely renovated terraced house, it became an architectural highlight – and the key to a completely new sense of space. A clever redesign of the patio door created surprisingly more room and opened up new design possibilities. The result: a modern, light-filled ambiance that perfectly combines design, function, and increased property value.
A roundstaircase that not only connects, but impresses: In the center of a representative villa, a custom‑made spiral staircase makes a strong architectural statement. Warm oak meets an elegant white railing – and transforms two floors into a harmonious total work of art. The result is a unique piece that unites design, craftsmanship, and spatial impact at the highest level.
More space to live – and a staircase that accesses it perfectly. By adding an upper floor to the attic, a new, light‑filled living retreat was created, which is elegantly connected by a custom‑made space‑saving staircase. Precisely fitted into a niche, it links both levels comfortably and with virtually no loss of floor area. A solution that combines functionality and design in a particularly clever way.
An old, unstable central stringer staircase was replaced in this duplex apartment by a custom-made, white lacquered folded staircase with an elegant flat steel railing. After intensive on-site consultation and precise planning, a solution was created that perfectly adapts to the multi-angled wall. The result: a bright, modern sense of space and significantly more safety and comfort with every step.
